How do I get an account?
Text7 is invite-only. Open the app, choose Request access, and tell us what you want to write. Once approved, come back, enter your email, and set a password.
I was approved but can’t sign in
Use Sign in with your email first — if you haven’t set a password yet the form switches to “choose a password.”
Forgot your password?
Send a message above with “password reset” — we’ll verify it’s you and reset it. Automatic resets are coming.
Is my work saved?
Signed in: yes, to your account, and it follows you to any device (watch for “Saved to your account” in the top bar). As a guest: no — it lives in the tab until you close it.
Why is AI greyed out?
AI runs for signed-in accounts only. If you’re signed in and it says “not configured,” the team hasn’t switched the AI key on yet.
Can someone else see my projects?
Only people you invite from the Community tab, with the role you give them. See the privacy policy.
Export or delete my data
Export: Settings → Data → Export. Delete: send a message above from your account email and we’ll remove everything within 14 days.
